Fitriah Ramdhani is a professional who has been involved in five roles and six industries (Education, Banking, Non-profit, MICE, Journalism, Tourism), travelled to four countries, and connected with people around the world in the five continents. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration as Cum Laude from President University in 2018. In the university, not only she connected the high school students in West Nusa Tenggara and her university as D’Ambassador, but also she was active as the Vice of Chairperson of President University Major Association of Business Administration 2016, Internal Public Relation of Indonesia Business Administration Student Association Region II year 2016/2017, Project Manager of Company Visit to Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016, and General Secretary of President University team for PATA Youth Symposium 2016. Schulen: Partner der Zukunft (Schools: Partners for the future) usually called as PASCH has been one of her networks since 2011. Not only she was awarded to attend Winterjugendkurs 2014 in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, she also was involved as the participants of the broadcasting workshops both Film (Schülerakademie 2013) and Radio (Radijojo 2013), Tutor of Schülercamp 2015 and 2016, speaker of Headmasters of PASCH school Meeting 2016, participants of Regionale PASCH-Alumnikonferenz SAN 2017, and winner of Video Contest “Welt-Klasse! Videobotschaften zu PASCH” 2016. Even in 2020, she was still connected with PASCH as she was awarded with fully funded scholarship for German Course by Goethe-Institut Indonesien. To support the growth of tourism in Indonesia, she has successfully executed the events of Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia such as Sales Mission in Malaysia, Malacca and Johor Bahru 2019, Facilitation and Support of Indonesia Tourism Ministry on Hotel Investment Conference South Asia (HICSA) 2019, Mumbai – India, and The Contribution of Indonesia Tourism Ministry on Floating Market Cultural Festival 2019, Banjarmasin – Indonesia. In the end of 2019, she added new networks as she was selected as the delegate from Indonesia to join World Islamic Economic Forum Young Fellows 2019 in Penang, Malaysia.In 2020, she and her team, Vibrant Minds by Goethe-Institut Indonesien collaborated with Kooperativ W and Proud Project, presented the underrepresented perspectives through their Instagram account named @vibrantminds.official . She never stops and keeps exploring, always has interest in learning anything, and continuously contributes to the better development of the world.
